Neighbors worked closely with the development of the Super Target at Oracle Road and Roger Road. One result was a plaza with seating at the Roger entrance. We also worked with neighbors to the east regarding access to the Target from their properties. The Target was also a demonstration for new permaculture approaches to water harvesting - the parking areas drain into tree wells to supplement their water needs.
