The development of the shopping center at First and Limberlost reflects the work of volunteer neighborhood "connectors" who represent neighborhood concerns for the impact of large developments on homeownership, traffic volume, architecture,noise, lighting and choice of business occupying the development. It also represents the coordination of efforts between Limberlost Neighbors and Campus Farms Neighbors. LA Fitness was the first occupant, and it attracted Sunflower and the several small restaurants set close to the intersection.
